Husband and wife team, Ivan and Sacha founded Astaris to offer comprehensive IT support to the Leisure Industry who they believed were being poorly serviced by the IT industry. Appreciating that leisure businesses do not operate 9-5pm they wanted to provide a service that aligned with their operating times, when they needed support the most.

With the emerging trend of Smart Gyms who are reliant on all things technology, like wireless sensors, smart equipment, online payment devices, music and door entry systems and more, they recognised that the leisure industry were most profoundly affected by network problems. Losing connectivity during peak operating times would often result in the loss of members and money.

Honing their IT services comes from years of experience working within the leisure industry, understanding the set ups, looking out for common threats and listening to their customers' concerns.

They now work with many leisure clients, most of them coming on board via recommendation from one venue to another.
